Yamaha Recording Custom 14" x 6.5" Brass Snare Drum

Price Match - Found a Better Price?

Since the late 1970s, Yamaha's Recording Custom snare drums have been at the core of numerous songs. These snares are now better than ever owing to a collaboration with session legend Steve Gadd (Paul Simon, Steely Dan). Each Recording Custom represents a separate generation of the industry's most renowned metal snares. Choose between brass's dark intensity, aluminum's dynamic woodiness, or steel's cutting fracture (each sold separately). Shells are carefully molded to only 1.2mm thick with an exterior center bead — a first for Yamaha — and finished with a luscious brushed finish, revised lugs, and an offset insignia.
